This private mansion turned pop-up bar welcomes you from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. And on Saturdays, there’s a musical vibe with a live concert or a DJ set. What really won us over is their Paix Dieu Nova beer. Lighter than the classic tripel at 6%, yet it still packs that wonderfully hoppy taste we love. We tried it before taking a break, and it completely won our taste buds over! Perfect for those who want to enjoy a good brew without losing their head.
