Parking at La Maison Fives – All the Useful Info (Zenpark, Street, Apps, Tips)

You’re coming to La Maison Fives and wondering: where to park, how much it costs, and how it works? Here is a complete page to guide you, reassure you, and save you time. There are two main options, both located within 100 meters of the house:
– a secured parking via app: the cheapest option
– and street parking right in front: 30 min free

1. The secured Zenpark parking (Fives Cail eco-district)

The Zenpark Marbrerie – Fives Cail parking is a private, highly secure parking, located 2 minutes from La Maison Fives.

How does it work?

• You need to install the Zenpark app (link here)

• You must book in advance or at least before entering

• The app lets you open the parking gate on foot or by car

• When leaving, don’t forget to signal your departure in the app

  (even if the gate is opened by another car: you must click “leave parking” to properly end the session)

Indicative rates (2025):

• 1 hour: €1

• 24 hours: €10

• 7 days: €44

Is it complicated?

Once you get used to it, it’s very simple. Just have the app, and you can open the gates, extend your parking, and manage everything from your phone. It’s secure, reliable, and honestly convenient. And if you have any doubts, we’re here to help.

2. Street parking – right in front of the house – 30 min free

There are often free spots on rue Denis du Péage, right across from La Maison Fives, or in nearby streets. It’s convenient if you want to drop off your bags, unload a suitcase, or even stay the whole day.

This zone is a green zone which means:

• First 30 minutes free

• Then €1 for the first hour and progressive rates, Maximum 5h for a flat rate of €25

• Free in the evening between 7 pm and 9 am, and all day Saturday and Sunday
