Un hommage aux soldats de Sainte-Marie-du-Mont pour les deux guerres mondiales. Monument représentant un poilu l'arme aux pieds sur piédestal avec palme. Il est situé face à l'Église et à côté de la mairie. Sur une petite plaque en dessous de la liste des défunts : “Le poilu jeté à terre le 20 juin 1940 par l'armée allemande Remis sur son socle le 14 juillet 1945 par l'armée américaine.”

Siouville La Hague is one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Normandy. The on-site surf club rents boards and wetsuits for €20: www.cotentinsurfclub.com. We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
