Les quais du bassin du commerce ont été construits entre 1738 et 1742, détruits lors du raid anglais de 1758 et à nouveau refaits en 1775.Trois moments forts du film sont tournés Quai Alexandre III. Dans la première séquence, Geneviève et Guy marchent le long du quai en se tenant par la taille et esquissent des pas de danse. Ils forment des projets d'avenir. Dans la deuxième scène (avril 58), Geneviève se promène avec Roland Cassard là où, quelques mois plus tôt, elle accordait ses pas à ceux de Guy. Roland lui dit que son enfant sera le leur. Dans la dernière séquence, Guy, revenu d’Algérie, traîne sans but. Il reconnaît le café où il est allé avec Geneviève et y entre.

Siouville La Hague is one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Normandy. The on-site surf club rents boards and wetsuits for €20: www.cotentinsurfclub.com. We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
