L'accès à cette belle demeure du XVIIème siècle s'effectue par une longue allée couverte. Le manoir est entouré de jardins, haies de buis, rosiers, fuchsias, hortensias, ... Très important musée du verre, verreries antiques du Ier au IVème siècle. Production française des XVIème au XIXème siècles. Verrerie de Venise, des Pays-Bas, Saxe, Silésie, Bohème, Angleterre, Espagne, ... des XVIème-XVIIème-XVIIIème siècles. Magnifique collection de crèches françaises et italiennes des XVIIème et XVIIIème siècles, en verre filé de Nevers, ivoire, os, cire, paperolles. Importante crèche napolitaine du XVIIIème siècle, collection de faïence "cul noir" de Forges-les-Eaux, expositions temporaires.
D'avril à septembre, expositions temporaires d'artistes contemporains.

The sea is 9 km away, accessible by country roads. You can find popular large sandy beaches like in Hauteville-sur-Mer or Agon-Coutainville, or more wild beaches like in Annoville. At low tide, the sea recedes to leave 2 km of beach.

Spend an unforgettable day with friends or family canoeing down the Sienne from Quettreville-sur-Sienne to the sea at Hauteville-sur-Mer. The Sienne descent begins between fields (2-hour journey), continues through the magnificent Sienne Estuary (2.5-hour journey), and ends in the sea at Hauteville-sur-Mer.

Siouville La Hague is one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Normandy. The on-site surf club rents boards and wetsuits for €20: www.cotentinsurfclub.com. We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
