Granville, Mont Saint-Michel, Agon-Coutainville, and the D-Day landing beaches… An exceptional tourist destination renowned in France for its sand yachting beaches, surfing waves, and Moncey oysters. What gives this area its strong distinctiveness is its coastal river, the Sienne, passing less than 1 km from La Maison Folia and joining the sea 10 km further. An exceptional adventure to experience as a couple, with friends, or as a family!
The village of Quettreville-sur-Sienne is 2 kilometers away, where you will find a bakery, doctor, pharmacy, tobacco shop, post office, bars restaurants…

The sea is 9 km away, accessible by country roads. You can find popular large sandy beaches like in Hauteville-sur-Mer or Agon-Coutainville, or more wild beaches like in Annoville. At low tide, the sea recedes to leave 2 km of beach.
