Le golf d'Omaha Beach est situé au bord de la mer, aux portes de Bayeux, à quelques kilomètres des plages du débarquement et du cimetière américain de Colleville-sur-mer où Steven Spielberg a tourné quelques scènes du film "Il faut sauver le soldat Ryan". Ses 36 trous proposent 2 parcours différents : la Mer qui vous emmène jusqu'au trou n°6 dont le green surplombe le port de Port-en-Bessin, le Manoir et ses neuf nouveaux trous autour d'une pièce d'eau exceptionnelle et qui propose un vrai challenge golfique avec des vues imprenables sur la campagne du Bessin.

Located 10 minutes from large sandy beaches and a few kilometers from major Norman destinations such as Mont St-Michel, the D-Day beaches, and the Chausey Islands, La Maison Folia enjoys an exceptional position. It offers you a multitude of activities:

The sea is 9 km away, accessible by country roads. You can find popular large sandy beaches like in Hauteville-sur-Mer or Agon-Coutainville, or more wild beaches like in Annoville. At low tide, the sea recedes to leave 2 km of beach.

Spend an unforgettable day with friends or family canoeing down the Sienne from Quettreville-sur-Sienne to the sea at Hauteville-sur-Mer. The Sienne descent begins between fields (2-hour journey), continues through the magnificent Sienne Estuary (2.5-hour journey), and ends in the sea at Hauteville-sur-Mer.

Siouville La Hague is one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Normandy. The on-site surf club rents boards and wetsuits for €20: www.cotentinsurfclub.com. We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
