Forte de son savoir-faire et de son expérience fondée sur cinq générations, l'entreprise vise à fournir des prestations de qualité et une solution clef en main à ses clients.
Le sur-mesure constitue son principal atout, au fil des années, elle a su se former et investir pour apporter la meilleure réponse à ses clients.
En parallèle, l'entreprise porte un intérêt certain aux contraintes climatiques et environnementales actuelles, et de ce fait aux matériaux qu'elle utilise ainsi qu'à la conception de ses ouvrages.

Located 10 minutes from large sandy beaches and a few kilometers from major Norman destinations such as Mont St-Michel, the D-Day beaches, and the Chausey Islands, La Maison Folia enjoys an exceptional position. It offers you a multitude of activities:
• Nearby: Discover the beaches of Hauteville sur Mer, Montmartin sur mer and Annoville, the castle and salt marshes of Regneville-sur-Mer, the fishing port of Granville, the Agon point or the Chausey Islands.
• A bit further: Explore Mont St Michel, Utah Beach, Barneville-Carteret semaphore, Cap de la Hague and Nez de Jobourg, Tatihou Island, or the bells of Villedieu-les-Poêles.
The village of Quettreville-sur-Sienne is 2 kilometers away, where you will find a bakery, doctor, pharmacy, tobacco shop, post office, bars restaurants…
The sea is 9 km away, accessible by country roads. You can find popular large sandy beaches like in Hauteville-sur-Mer or Agon-Coutainville, or more wild beaches like in Annoville. At low tide, the sea recedes to leave 2 km of beach.
