Édifié à la fin du XVIIIe siècle et remanié au XIXe siècle, il est entouré d'un parc arboré dans lequel on trouve une chapelle néogothique et un étang, refuge pour la faune aquatique locale. Ce château fut occupé par les allemands durant la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. C'est à proximité du château que le général allemand Falley perdit la vie, le long de la route Jack Schlegel, vétéran américain qui participa à ce fait d'armes. La fin du parcours s'effectue dans des chasses à travers le bocage du "haut pays". Ancien champ d'aviation. Minoterie désaffectée du XIXe siècle.

We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
