Les ancêtres de Walt Disney sont originaires d’Isigny-sur-Mer, une visite s’impose… Hugues et Robert Suhard, comtes d’Isigny, quittèrent la Normandie pour l’Angleterre en 1066 comme compagnons d’armes de Guillaume le Conquérant. Au fil du temps et de leurs voyages, leur nom s’est peu à peu transformé et a mué en Disney. Alors, plongez dans le monde magique de Disney avec une exposition de plus de 600 objets à l’effigie de Mickey ! Le tout dans une ambiance à la fois vintage et moderne pour le bonheur des petits et des grands. Le visiteur suit aussi l’histoire des différents créateurs de la célèbre souris.

• Nearby: Discover the beaches of Hauteville sur Mer, Montmartin sur mer and Annoville, the castle and salt marshes of Regneville-sur-Mer, the fishing port of Granville, the Agon point or the Chausey Islands.
• A bit further: Explore Mont St Michel, Utah Beach, Barneville-Carteret semaphore, Cap de la Hague and Nez de Jobourg, Tatihou Island, or the bells of Villedieu-les-Poêles.

The sea is 9 km away, accessible by country roads. You can find popular large sandy beaches like in Hauteville-sur-Mer or Agon-Coutainville, or more wild beaches like in Annoville. At low tide, the sea recedes to leave 2 km of beach.
