Le Cap de la Hague avec le phare et le port de Goury.
A l'extrémité Ouest de la presqu'île du Cotentin, au bord du monde, si situe le village de Goury.
Son phare se dresse en pleine mer, face au port et sa station SNSM de sauvetage unique, avec sa forme octogonale et ses deux cales.
Lieu de passage du Golf Stream, au Raz Blanchard, le spectacle en pleine tempête est majestueux. C'est l'un des plus forts courants d'Europe, redouté par les marins, sa vitesse pouvant atteindre 12 noeuds (22km/h).

The village of Quettreville-sur-Sienne is 2 kilometers away, where you will find a bakery, doctor, pharmacy, tobacco shop, post office, bars restaurants…

The sea is 9 km away, accessible by country roads. You can find popular large sandy beaches like in Hauteville-sur-Mer or Agon-Coutainville, or more wild beaches like in Annoville. At low tide, the sea recedes to leave 2 km of beach.

Spend an unforgettable day with friends or family canoeing down the Sienne from Quettreville-sur-Sienne to the sea at Hauteville-sur-Mer. The Sienne descent begins between fields (2-hour journey), continues through the magnificent Sienne Estuary (2.5-hour journey), and ends in the sea at Hauteville-sur-Mer.

Siouville La Hague is one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Normandy. The on-site surf club rents boards and wetsuits for €20: www.cotentinsurfclub.com. We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
