Il s’agit d’un des plus remarquables châteaux (inscrit monuments historiques) du Cotentin, tant par son homogénéité extérieure (y compris les perspectives) que par ses décorations intérieures typiques du raffinement de l’art français du XVIIIe siècle. La construction s’étala, semble-t-il, sur une vingtaine d’années et on retrouve l’évolution de l’art en cette période entre une architecture au caractère plutôt un peu sévère (surtout au sud) d’une part et des sculptures de boiseries, des marbres, des ferronneries et des peintures d’une qualité étonnante d’autre part

We have a catamaran (newcat 16); if you practice, we can discuss it. Besides that, catamaran, stand-up paddle, and sand yachting rentals are available in Hauteville-sur-Mer.
